  • Subscriptions: For subscription-based services, refunds can be requested within 7 days of the initial payment, with no more than 10% of the content accessed.
  • Promotional Offers: Courses purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a bundle are not eligible for refunds unless stated otherwise.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certificates of completion, once issued, are non-refundable.
  • Customized content, such as one-on-one coaching sessions or personalized consultations, is non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • In cases of technical issues or errors on our part, we may offer a refund or course credit at our discretion.
